Acceptance and Website Use
Welcome to the LTLF website. These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter alternatively referred to as “Terms”) govern your use of livetolovefamily.com and purchases from Live to Love Family. In these Terms, “LTLF,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Live to Love Family. We want this space to remain positive, respectful, and useful for the whole community. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and policies incorporated by reference. You may use the website for lawful purposes and may not interfere with site security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person, or use the site in violation of law.
Products, Pricing, Availability, and Orders
LTLF may offer digital music, merchandise, and other products. Descriptions, images, availability, and prices may change. We may correct errors, cancel or refuse orders affected by obvious pricing or listing errors, and reasonably limit quantities. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated, and applicable taxes and shipping charges may be added at checkout. Orders are subject to acceptance and successful payment authorization.
Choose Your Price
Certain LTLF digital music releases may allow you to select a purchase price above a stated minimum. If you choose to pay more, thank you for directly supporting LTLF and helping us continue creating and sharing new music. The amount you select becomes the purchase price for that transaction. Paying more than the minimum does not provide additional copyright ownership, publishing rights, master rights, royalties, commercial-use rights, synchronization rights, exclusivity, investment rights, or any other intellectual-property or ownership rights.
Digital Products and Merchandise
Digital music purchases are delivered electronically and are subject to the Digital Music Purchase & Personal-Use License Terms, which are incorporated into these Terms. Physical merchandise is subject to availability, the Shipping Policy, and the Return & Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content—including LTLF names, branding, graphics, photographs, artwork, text, audiovisual content, sound recordings, compositions, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to LTLF and/or applicable rights holders and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of LTLF intellectual property, except ownership of the physical merchandise itself and the limited personal-use rights expressly granted for purchased digital products.
Automated Access and Artificial Intelligence
Unless expressly authorized in writing by LTLF and any other applicable rights holders, you may not scrape, crawl, extract, download, collect, reproduce, submit, upload, provide, process, or otherwise use or make available LTLF website content—including music, sound recordings, musical compositions, lyrics, vocals, photographs, artwork, graphics, audiovisual material, branding, or other protected content—for the purpose of training, developing, testing, fine-tuning, evaluating, operating, or improving any artificial intelligence, machine-learning, generative-AI, or similar automated system or model.
This restriction includes, without limitation, the use of LTLF content for training datasets, dataset creation, music-generation or audio-generation systems, voice cloning, voice synthesis, artist-impersonation systems, lyric-generation systems, composition-generation systems, synthetic-media systems, or systems designed to imitate or reproduce the voice, likeness, style, sound, performance, or other identifiable characteristics of LTLF or its artists.
Access to the website or its content does not grant any license or permission to use LTLF content for artificial-intelligence or machine-learning purposes. Any such use requires separate prior written authorization from LTLF and any other applicable rights holders.
Accounts, Communications, Third-Party Services
If accounts are offered, users are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining account security. Communications submitted to LTLF must not contain unlawful, infringing, abusive, malicious, or deceptive material. The website may use or link to third-party services; their services and policies remain subject to their own terms.
Disclaimer, Liability, and Indemnification
The website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, consumer rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LTLF will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use or misuse of the website or products. To the extent permitted by law, users are responsible for losses or claims resulting from unlawful misuse of the website or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law and Changes
These Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to the Terms, the website or purchases from LTLF will be construed and enforced in accordance with the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of laws principles thereof, and the obligations, rights and remedies of the parties hereunder shall be determined in accordance with such laws.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date shown above identifies the current version.
