Overview
Live to Love Family (hereinafter alternatively referred to as “LTLF,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is built around faith, family, friendship, community, and positive music for every generation. We also respect your privacy.
This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, disclosed, retained, and protected when you visit livetolovefamily.com, purchase digital music or merchandise, contact or book LTLF, submit a support request, create an account, or otherwise interact with our website.
Information We May Collect
Information you provide may include your name, billing and shipping address, email address, telephone number, account information, order details, customer-service communications, and other information you choose to submit.
Information submitted through booking, support, contact, or other website forms may include the information you enter into those forms and related correspondence.
Transaction information may include products purchased, purchase amount, a chosen price for eligible digital music, order status, download permissions, and related transaction records.
LTLF does not directly receive or store full payment-card numbers when payments are processed through our third-party payment processor. Payment-card information is processed by the applicable payment provider and is subject to that provider’s privacy and security practices.
We may collect personal and technical information when you provide information directly to us or interact with the website. This may occur when you register for an account, create or modify your profile, set preferences, submit a form, or make a purchase through our site.
Technical information may include IP address, browser and device information, referring pages, pages visited, cookie or similar identifiers, and other information generated through use of the site.
How We Use Information
We may use information to process and fulfill orders; deliver digital downloads; ship merchandise; respond to booking, support, and other inquiries; provide customer support; administer accounts; prevent fraud and abuse; maintain, personalize, secure, and improve the website; comply with legal, tax, accounting, and security obligations; and communicate about transactions, products, services, or optional marketing communications as permitted by law.
Payment Processing and Service Providers
Our website uses e-commerce systems to support shopping-cart, checkout, order, account, and downloadable-product functions.
Payment information is processed by third-party payment providers. LTLF currently uses Stripe for payment processing. LTLF does not directly receive or store full payment-card numbers processed through Stripe.
We may also use hosting, email, security, analytics, shipping, social-media, video, advertising, and other service providers as necessary to operate the site. These providers may receive information reasonably necessary to perform their services and may process information according to their own applicable privacy practices.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
The site may use cookies and similar technologies necessary for shopping-cart, checkout, account, security, preferences, analytics, embedded content, advertising, and other website functions.
These technologies may collect information such as browser or device information, IP address, pages visited, referring pages, interactions with the site, and cookie or similar identifiers.
Third-party services used on the site may also use their own cookies or similar technologies subject to their respective privacy practices. Where required by applicable law, we may provide tools that allow you to manage certain cookie or tracking preferences.
Digital Downloads
When you purchase music directly from LTLF, your support goes directly toward the music and the artists behind it.
We may maintain order information, download-access records, and related technical information so we can deliver purchased files, manage download permissions, prevent unauthorized access or abuse, maintain transaction records, and assist you if you experience a problem with your download.
For eligible digital music that allows you to choose an amount above a stated minimum price, the amount you select may be maintained as part of your order and transaction records.
Terms governing the permitted use of purchased music are provided separately in our Digital Music Purchase & Personal-Use License Terms.
Embedded Content and Third-Party Services
Pages on the site may contain embedded or linked content from third-party platforms, including video, social-media, payment, and other online services.
Those providers may collect information through cookies, pixels, device identifiers, or similar technologies when you interact with their services, subject to their own privacy policies and practices.
Links to third-party websites or services do not mean that LTLF controls the privacy, security, or other practices of those third parties.
Information Sharing and Retention
We may disclose information to vendors and service providers as reasonably necessary to operate the website, process payments, fulfill orders, provide downloads, ship products, maintain security, respond to inquiries, and support customers.
We may also disclose information when required by law or valid legal process, to investigate fraud or security incidents, to protect LTLF or others, or in connection with a business reorganization, sale, merger, financing, or transfer.
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for order fulfillment, customer support, download access, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, legal, security, and recordkeeping purposes. Retention periods may vary based on our operational, legal, and service-provider requirements.
Your Privacy Choices and Children’s Privacy
Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, or certain uses of personal information.
To submit a privacy-related request, please use our Support Form and identify your request as a privacy inquiry. We may need to verify certain information before fulfilling a request where permitted or required by law.
LTLF is a family-friendly music and merchandise brand, but the e-commerce website is not intended to collect personal information directly from children under 13 without the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
We do not knowingly request that children under 13 make purchases, create customer accounts, or submit personal information without appropriate parental or legal-guardian involvement.
Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided personal information may contact us through our Support Form to request review or deletion as appropriate.
